Texas for Tots
Texas for Tots hold social events for hospitalized children or children with any health-related conditions to provide some relief at a challenging moment, creating opportunities for fun, and alleviating social isolation.
Social Events
We hold social events for hospitalized children or children with other needs to alleviate isolation. We want to learn about their personal narrative, where they came from, and what their passions are. For example, some events we hosted was Valentine’s Themed Party or Game Night. This will be at Dell Children’s Medical Center or Girlstart or other organizations in Austin. We also will be educating children about STEM Topics and other topics about healthcare by working with other programs and going to elementary/middle schools.

Service Events
While our primary goal is to hold social events, we also want to give back to the community. We volunteer with programs that has a similar purpose to us or just helps out children in general. Some of our service events are Girl Scouts, Boys & Girls Club, Service Mixers with other UT organization, craft making, and many more!
Fundraising Events
Fundraising events help raise money for our organization so we can provide the supplies needed to host social events and other aspects for our organization. We also raise funds to donate to children’s charities. Some of our fundraising events are Cooking contest, Chocolate Covered Strawberries on Speedway, Profit Shares, and many more!
